Background:

GreenTech Solutions is a mid-sized company specializing in eco-friendly technologies. Founded 15 years ago, the company has grown steadily, focusing on innovative solutions for renewable energy and sustainable practices. However, recent developments in the industry, including new regulations and the rise of competitors, have pressured GreenTech to adapt quickly to maintain its market position.

Scenario:

Two years ago, GreenTech hired a new CEO, Emma Keller, to lead the company through this transformative period. Emma is known for her forward-thinking approach and emphasis on innovation. Upon joining GreenTech, she identified several areas needing improvement, including outdated processes, a lack of cross-departmental collaboration, and a need for a more customer-centric approach.

Your Task:

But for the last 3 years sales have being declining at an average rate of 23% interannually and commercial development is not happening.
